Add Google Ads MCC / Manager Account Hierarchy and Link Management

Feature Request

Please add first-class Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) support. We need to list the full manager/client hierarchy with stable customer IDs, account name, currency, timezone, manager status and link status, plus create/accept/cancel manager-client links where Google Ads API permits it. This would make multi-client agency onboarding and account discovery deterministic without maintaining account mappings externally.

    Shipped. GET /v1/ads/accounts/hierarchy returns the full manager and client tree for a Google Ads connection at any depth: native customer ID, name, currency, time zone, manager and test flags, level, status, direct parent, link ID and link status, plus pending invitations and any accounts Google refuses to read (with the reason). POST and PATCH /v1/ads/accounts/manager-links invite, accept, decline, cancel or unlink manager links, all with validateOnly. Accepting or declining acts as the client, so the connected Google login needs direct access to the client account.
