Allow automatic OAuth redirects for verified callback domains

On October 27, 2026, Zernio introduced a mandatory "You are leaving Zernio" confirmation screen at the end of the OAuth authorization process.
This change significantly worsens the user experience for platforms integrating with Zernio's API.
We are building Fitofan (fitofan.ai), a SportsTech startup platform that, among many other features, includes social media integrations through Zernio's API.
In our application, users connect their Facebook and Instagram accounts. Previously, after successfully completing authorization, they were automatically redirected back to Fitofan without any additional interaction.
Now, users are presented with an intermediate Zernio page displaying the warning "You are leaving Zernio" and requiring them to manually click Continue.
We believe this confirmation screen should not be mandatory for verified integrations.
This introduces several problems:
Disrupts the natural authorization flow by adding an unnecessary step.
Creates confusion and distrust when users unexpectedly see a warning about leaving a third-party website.
Gives users the impression that something went wrong or that the connection may be unsafe.
Breaks the seamless experience we aim to provide within our platform.
Our Proposal
Introduce an option to completely disable the intermediate confirmation screen for pre-verified OAuth callback domains.
Security could be maintained through:
DNS-based domain ownership verification.
A strict allowlist of authorized redirect URIs.
Additional domain verification and approval by Zernio.
Automatic redirects enabled only for verified integrations.
Similar redirect URI verification mechanisms are used by major OAuth providers, including Google, without requiring users to confirm an additional redirect after every successful authorization.
We fully understand the importance of security. However, we believe it should be possible to maintain strong security standards without compromising the user experience, especially when alternative protection mechanisms are available.
What We Are Requesting
Restore the ability to automatically redirect users back to the application after successful OAuth authorization, as it worked before the October 27, 2026 update.
We are not requesting a redesign of the existing confirmation screen or simply hiding technical URL parameters.
We are requesting an option to completely remove this screen from the connection flow for verified applications.
For our platform, this is an important part of delivering a smooth, professional, and trustworthy social media integration experience.

Thank you to the Zernio team, especially Elean, for listening to our feedback and resolving this so quickly. We really appreciate it!
