Collect Email Addresses before sharing link comment to DM

Currently, when a user comments on a post, the automation sends the link directly to their DMs. While this is great for engagement, it misses a massive opportunity for lead generation. I'd like to be able to capture their email address as a requirement before they can access the link, similar to the follower gate.

Proposed Solution

Add an option within the Comment-to-DM workflow setup to gate the link behind an email opt-in.

When a user comments:

• They receive an automated DM asking for their email address.

• Once they reply with a valid email address, the automation automatically delivers the promised link.

• The collected email address should automatically sync to integrated CRMs / email marketing tools (or be exportable via CSV).

Why this matters

This will significantly increase lead conversion rates directly from comment automation campaigns, turning standard social media engagement into a direct email list-building machine.

It would be great also to be able to choose to have either the follower gate or the email gate or both before sharing the link.
