Feature request: direct video and image URL endpoint for ads

Hi team,

We need a Zernio API endpoint that returns a direct URL to an ad's video and image files.

Technical requirement

• Endpoint: GET /v1/ads/{adId}/media (or whatever fits your resource hierarchy).

• Should return a public, direct URL to the ad's asset file, ideally MP4 for video and PNG/JPG for image.

• Must work for current Meta formats: Reels, Stories, Feed, carousels, etc.

• Must allow us to play, display, and download the asset from our platform without end-user interaction.

Why it matters Today our users view ads inside reports, creative galleries, and video/image analysis. To display a video or image at full resolution we have to route through the public Ad Library / Facebook URL, which is slow, unstable, and limited. A direct URL would let us play and display the asset natively, download it for internal analysis (e.g., AI vision), and build exportable reports with the original file.

Nice to have Include the full media collection when the ad is a carousel or DCO variant: thumbnail, primary video, secondary videos, primary image, and secondary images, with resolution and format.
