Include Rating/Recommendation with Facebook Reviews

On Facebook Pages, reviews are marked with “recommend” or “would not recommend”. Currently the /reviews endpoint in the Zernio APIs do not expose any of these fields, and rating is null. Whether the reviewer recommended or not has to be inferred from the review text. Since the Facebook APIs return these fields, it would be great if the Zernio API could return them as well and seems straightforward to add.

    Hi Nathan, this is fixed and live. Facebook reviews returned by GET /v1/inbox/reviews now include recommendationType: positive for recommends and negative for does not recommend, when Facebook provides it.

    This is separate from the numeric rating, which Facebook may omit for recommendation-based reviews. We verified the fix against your connected Page: the review now returns recommendationType: "positive". Thanks for flagging this!
