This shipped today. Set platformSpecificData.muteAudio to true on an Instagram target and the video publishes without sound, on Reels, Stories and video carousel slides.
Instagram's API has no mute parameter, so we strip the audio track from the file before uploading it. The mute runs before our size checks, so it always takes effect even on a video that would otherwise pass through untouched. If the strip fails we fail the post rather than publish with the audio you asked us to remove.
Verified by running the real processing pipeline over a test video and confirming the output carries no audio stream, with the picture and duration unchanged.
