LinkedIn: comment-triggered auto-reply (Comment-to-DM minus the DM)

I run Comment-to-DM automations on Instagram and Facebook and they work great. I have a LinkedIn Org page connected in Zernio but LinkedIn isn’t selectable in the Comment-to-DM account picker.

I know the DM half isn’t possible. LinkedIn has no organic member-to-member messaging API, only paid Message Ads and Conversation Ads. But the other two thirds look doable: the Community Management Comments API supports reading and creating comments on org posts with r_organization_social_feed / w_organization_social_feed.

So my request is a LinkedIn variant that keeps the keyword trigger and the public comment reply, and drops the DM step. Someone comments “app” on our post and the page auto-replies with the link. There’s no comment webhook so it’d need polling, but even a few-minute delay would be fine for this use case.
