Meta Ads: ad set scheduling throughout the day (dayparting) via API

It would be nice to run ads in fb at set times of the day like only business hours you can do it in ads manager but it would be nice over the api.
You can create lifetime budget adsets in fb api but you can’t set a schedule for when the ad runs through out the day. You need to go into ads manager to finish the ad out.
