Pages-only Facebook login for publishing tools

Pages-only Facebook login for publishing tools (business/ads scopes as opt-in)

Today the Facebook Page connection goes through Meta's business-scoped consent, so every customer sees the "Which Businesses can this app access?" screen before they pick a Page. For a publishing product that screen is confusing and it costs us connections — people stop there.

Competing publishing tools (SocialPilot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) use the classic Pages-only Facebook Login, so their users only ever see the Page picker. That's the experience we need.

Ask: a Pages-only Facebook connection requesting just publishing, comments, DMs and insights. Keep the business/ads scopes as a separate, opt-in connection for customers who actually run ads.
