Platform-billed WABAs / credit-line sharing for multi-tenant SaaS

We're building a multi-tenant SaaS (AI receptionist for clinics) and onboard many client WABAs via Embedded Signup. Our business model requires that we pay Meta's messaging fees on behalf of our clients — our clinics must never add a payment method to Meta or see a Meta charge.

Today each WABA is created in the client's own Meta Business and Meta bills that WABA's card directly, so Zernio can't hold the payment method. This forces platforms like ours toward BSPs that offer credit-line sharing (360dialog, Gupshup, Infobip).

Request: a platform-billed option where Zernio (or a partner arrangement) holds the Meta payment method / credit line for client WABAs and bills the platform — similar to BSP credit-line sharing. We'd commit volume and act as a design partner. This would let us scale to hundreds of WABAs while staying on Zernio.
