This works today in the dashboard: click any published post in the Posts tab and a read-only "Post Details" panel opens with the caption, the media, each platform's status and publish timestamp, a link to the live post, and that post's analytics. Over the API, GET /v1/posts/{postId} returns the same post plus the per-platform settings under platformSpecificData.
We are leaving this open for one gap: the panel does not yet render the per-platform settings you picked when creating the post (first comment, Instagram content type, TikTok privacy, per-platform custom content), so for now those are visible over the API only.
