Skip a comment-to-DM when the same person already got the same text from this account

Today the duplicate guard is keyed on (account, recipient, automation). When two automations on one account send the same DM text, a commenter who matches both gets that DM twice.

We run one automation per keyword so we get per-keyword stats. From 20 to 23 September, 64 duplicate DMs to our prospects came from this. One account uses the same DM text across 30 keyword automations.

Either of these would solve it:

  1. An option to skip a DM when the same recipient already got the same text from this account in the last 24 hours.

  2. Per-keyword counts inside one automation that has several keywords, so merging keywords costs us no reporting.

Shipped: dedupeSameTextHours on comment automations. When set (1 to 8760), the DM is skipped if the person already received the identical text (after personalisation) from any automation on the same account within that many hours. Skips are logged with status: skipped and the reason. Example: { "dedupeSameTextHours": 720 }. Docs: "Comment automations".
