Threads location tags

Meta added location tagging to the Threads API on 27 May 2025: GET /location_search, plus location_id when creating a post. It needs the threads_location_tagging permission. Please support it in threadsSettings with a search endpoint, so Threads matches TikTok and, once it's built, Instagram.
