Whatsapp: Adding Zernio as a second partner BSP

Is there a way to add zernio as a second partner BSP without migrating off your current BSP. This is a feature that meta supports and integrating this will ensure that we can serve clients who may not want to migrate their primary work loads from the existing BSPs but want to use the features that are being enabled via Zernio.
